Referral Program
1. Program Overview
The SkillScout Referral Program (the "Program") is designed to reward our community for helping great talent find great companies. The Program allows registered SkillScout candidates ("Referrers") to earn celebration vouchers when they refer new candidates ("Referred Friends") who are successfully hired through our platform.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend must:
- Be individual, natural persons.
- Be registered candidates on the SkillScout platform.
- Not be a current or former employee of SkillScout or its affiliates.
3. How to Earn Rewards
A reward is issued only when the following conditions are met:
- The Referred Friend registers on SkillScout using the Referrer's unique link or code.
- The Referred Friend's profile is verified and accepted by SkillScout.
- The Referred Friend is successfully hired for a full-time position through the SkillScout platform.
- The Referred Friend completes the company's standard onboarding period.
Upon successful completion of all conditions:
- The Referred Friend will receive a ₹1,000 Celebration Voucher.
- The Referrer will receive a ₹1,000 Celebration Voucher.
4. Reward Details
- Rewards are processed via bank transfer after the referred candidate completes standard onboarding period.
- All rewards are subject to applicable tax deductions under Indian law.
- Valid bank account details must be provided for payment processing.
- SkillScout's decision regarding reward disputes is final and binding.
5. General Terms
- Referrals must be made in good faith. Fraudulent or abusive referrals, including self-referrals using alternate accounts, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the Program.
- SkillScout reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral and subsequent hire qualify for a reward.
- SkillScout reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- This Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless SkillScout, its employees, and officers from any and all liability related to the Program or the rewards.
